What you’ll need to build a magnetic catch bottle opener…
Materials:
- The wood of your choice cut to the desired size
- Wall-mounted bottle opener
- Very strong magnets (circle magnets are an advantage as it will be easy for you to make holes for them using a drill)
- Glue
- Bits for magnet hole (of course the size of the bit should have the same diameter as your magnets)

- Drill
- Miter saw
- Router
- Tape measure

How to make your own magnetic catch bottle opener?
Now that you have all the necessary materials for your magnetic catch bottle opener, you can start working on the desired shape and size of the wood base that you will mount your bottle opener on later. If you want a more polished look, you can sand down the wood and stain it before you start drilling holes for the magnets and screws. Keep in mind the measurements of your opener and the spacing of the holes so that they will be mounted securely.
